Do I need a doctor's referral to book a test?
Many tests are best ordered with a clinician, but families can contact us directly. A genetic counsellor will help decide which test fits and coordinate with your doctor.
How is my sample collected?
We arrange same-day pickup in 400+ cities using validated kits and cold-chain logistics to our central laboratory in Navi Mumbai.
How long do results take?
It depends on the test — from 24–48 hours for first-trimester screening to 12–14 days for tumour profiling. Each entry in the Directory of services lists its turnaround.
Can I talk to someone about my results?
Yes. BGCI-certified genetic counsellors are available before and after every test, in person or on video, in the language you choose.
